The objective was to choose five  unrelated images and collage them in a pleasing manner. We used Photoshop to help in this process. A grid was made onto a 9x12 printout. From this, students had to enlarge onto a 12x18 format. Shading and overlapping were required as well as giving the overall appearance of objects floating in space. Students were instructed to choose objects that they knew they could draw.
