Announcements

• The 7-8 and 9-12 Aviation Clubs will be starting up soon. Come see Mr. Traeger in Room 311 for more details. Meetings for 7-8 will be every Monday from 3 to 5 PM starting September 15, 2008. Meetings for 9-12 will be every Tuesday and Friday at lunch in room 311.

• Marine Corps Air Station Miramar: Based in San Diego
• North Island Naval Air Station: Based in San Diego
• Naval Air Weapons Station Point Mugu: This air station is near Port Hueneme and Oxnard.
• Edwards Air Force Base: See where the Space Shuttle lands when the weather in Cape Canaveral, Florida is down. Also home to many historic flight tests!
